DRAWPHOS-CFP777 is a liquid phosphating concentrate, hot immersion process, which produces zinc phosphate coating on cleaned steel surfaces and Wire Surface. A smooth crystalline coating is produced in wires which improves wire drawing performance.

Excellent surface for Lube coating It is mainly used for cold working applications such as, wire drawing, sheet metal pressing to facilitate forming and drawing.  The phosphate coating obtained reduces friction during drawing and increases the life of die.

DRAWPHOS-CFP777 is easy to operate and is controlled by simple tests requiring no special chemicals knowledge.  No fumes or odors are given off.

DRAWPHOSCFP777 meets specification requirements of IS: 3618: 1966
